Before joining ZBuggie, Mr. Maged was an IT advisor with 27 years
of
experience in software application systems development, maintenance, quality assurance.
Mr. Maged was the deputy chairman of eSmartsoft leading them to
the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level two, he also has a role as Solutions Director; the solutions department consists of IBM Content management
technology and Customer Support. Prior to that, he was a software engineer for 12
years in the Computer center of the Ministry Of Interior in KUWAIT, He was a member
in Information Strategy Planning of MOI, He developed the minister office system
of MOI.
Mr. Maged also developed the employee affairs system for Ministers
Cabinet in Egypt. He worked for Enterprise Solutions Limited ( Software Company
) as customer support manager.
