	Ernell Molina  --  Deputy General Manager
		Mr. Ernell Molina brings over 15 years of sales and customer service experience in software systems to Code ZBuggie. He has extensive knowledge in database marketing, geographic information systems, and CRM solutions. His distinguished career has enabled him to manage several accounts in industries such as newspapers, media, real estate, telecommunications, and retail. Mr. Molina is also experienced in software development. His expertise includes managing teams for technical support, quality assurance, training, technical documentation, and industry applications. Recently, he concentrated his efforts in site selection analysis for large scale commercial real estate transactions and developments in the United States.  Mr. Molina received his BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego with an emphasis in Public Policy. He holds various technical certificates for software applications. Mr. Molina brings a unique set of skills combining sales, customer service, and technical expertise to access and fulfill EBS' clients' needs.
