Job Description
|
- This "Telemarketer" is responsible for making 500 outbound calls per night
to businesses and individuals in the USA. The calls will be to conduct
surveys.
- This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
All shifts start at 3pm or later. Discuss your desired shift during your
interview.
- This position reports directly to the General Manager.
- Compensation package is "performance-based" and includes salary plus
commission plus bonuses.
- Benefits provided after completion of probation period.

Requirements:
|
- Must be dedicated, self-motivated, goal-oriented, self-managing, friendly,
energetic, positive, outgoing, and persistent.
- Must be able to work with little supervision or monitoring.
- Must speak and understand English fluently for outbound calling to
Americans.
- Must be able to handle significant rejection and dealing with unpleasant
people.
- Must be able to send/receive Email in a professional manner, and read/edit
MS Excel files.
- Must have a personal computer or laptop with Windows (XP or Vista) or
Intel-based Macs.
- Must have a landline-based DSL connection from an ISP like TeData, Egynet,
LinkDotNet, etc. If you share your internet connection with family or
neighbors, your share must be 512+. No USB modems.
- Must be Female.
- No Previous Experience is needed.
